What Does He Know Anyways?

So, the other day I was grabbing the jogging stroller from the garage. Unfortunately, the car was parked in the way, so I had to lift it up over the car (at least the tires) to get it out. As I was doing so Izak says, "Mommy, stop, you're scratching the car!". Riiiight. Like a jogging stroller is sharp enough to scratch a car.

So, of course, I ignored him. I mean, seriously, what does a little 4-year-old know anyways?

Apparently he knew 12 inches more than I did.

Maybe next time I'll listen.

ouch. one in a list of reasons why I won't let my husband look for a new car for me - I don't deserve it for things like that...
If my car was new - I would cry a lot more

We all know that you are supposed to listen to you children; it's your husband that usually doesn't know what he's talking about and you can ignore.

Such a cute picture of Izak! But where is a picture of the car? We have to see exactly what Izak was talking about! LOL!

And it starts . . . the kids get smarter and the parents become . . . well, anyhow, the kids get smarter. Sorry about the car!

He's a smart kid, so don't tell him when we cleaned out the office we found a package of his Crayola Washable Markers. He'd probably remember them, and ask for them back! If you want them back, we'll send them. Otherwise, we'll just keep them for Jaxen! AWESOME pictures. It just snowed here. :(

Izak is looking so grown up- such a handsome young man! Children tend to teach us alot more than we think they can! You continue to be a great mom!

Who does this kid think he is?There is no way that he should be paying more attention to what you are doing to the car than to say his new rocket launcher, or my-sized giant dinosaur or American Idol. Kids these days (shaking head) way too involved in the real world!
(Sorry about your car- scratches are pretty lame).

Hey Kate-at our Costco the bug things were with the garden/outdoor/camping gear but I've also seen them near the lightbulbs and that stuff before too. It was like $18 for 6 of them and they look a little different than the pic on my blog, more oval and a little smaller. Love them!
