Do It Or Else...

You'd think I'd be a posting fool with no job and a husband home to help all the time, but apparently instead I'm just a slacker...I promise I'm going to post an update of our lives here in the sweltering heat of AZ with pictures of our new place later this week, but figured I need a little motivation to post, so here it is, unless I get 10 responses to this post, I'm throwing in the towel, writing this blogging thing off, and turning my back on the world, that's right, you heard me, now get a postin'!

Here are the directions....

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I have together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember...

Well, what are you waiting for? Do you really want me to stop blogging? I mean, what would you do with all your free time if you didn't have this AMAZINGLY interesting blog to read? Seriously, start writing!

YOU ARE HILARIOUS!

Okay, my memory. There are so many random ones. Like our room mate that didn't even live with us. RANDOM!

How about when William asked you out in a note that he put in the FREEZER? He was a little strange.

Hmmm, good times!

All right, Megan convinced me that that didn't really count as a memory, so I guess I'll try something else.

I do remember putting toilet paper, honey and some other niceties on a certain cross country coach's car as well as his star athlete's. Those were good times.

remember that time when we were doing an obstacle course in the backyard of mama martell's? Well I was going so fast through that thing that those rings just counldn't keep up with me, and dropped me on my head? I remember, and then izak came over and taunted me as i was motionless on the ground. You're so lucky to have a graceful sister in-law.

ok, I'm having a hard time pinning down one. HOw about...when...you and I decided to get crafty and sewed our own skirts on my Grandma's ancient sewing machine, and we didn't use ANY patterns and you "accidently" made yours SUPER tight and you had to wear it to church the next day because everything else was packed. And I mean it was SUPER, ULTRA tight! Still makes me laugh!

Since Tyler's gone and he's the one with all the memories with you...here's my lame attempt at one.

I remember when Tyler and I drove to your apartment in Utah to see you, but you weren't there. How sad. Maybe one day we'll meet!

LOL! I've seen this on another BLOG (but not quite worded like yours - lol) and I thought it was so cute!

Let's see ... we don't see you guys very much (except maybe once a year at Alison's Xmas party), but the thing I remember right now is when I first met you. It was right when Dave was off his mission. We went to Rock Canyon park ... and I can't remember if we were sledding or if we were ice-blocking or if we were just hanging ... but I remember you! I couldn't believe Dave was not awkward off his mission at all and holding hands/snuggling with a girl! LOL! (I didn't know you had met on the mission.) Anyway, I thought you were so adorable! I'm so happy you guys got married!

You kill me--you already had 16 comments, but hey, what's another one? My memory: (not as good as April's but whatever...)

When you told me why you were called "Lolita." Very funny... spanish class. When did you go back to Kate? I also liked meeting your sister, and have always liked the name "Luisa" however, people could say "LuiZZA" and I think that's ugly. One of my favorite converts in Chile was named Luisa...

Kate if you stop blogging i will cry myself to sleep every night.
By the way this is Becca.

I have so many wonderful memories with you Kate and I miss you terribly. One memory is when we would just sit at my house and talk for hours. That was the best. Also when we went to zions. I can't wait to see you in november

I remember my freshman year at BYU when I saw you right after both of us had taken finals and you were so bummed because you thought you had missed one question. I had just gotten a C on an American Heritage final, so I thought it was pretty funny you were so frustrated about missing one problem. Also I remember how I thought you were super nice and had a big crush on your brother.

Well Kate, I am glad you reached your goal (double actually) and will be forced to keep us all updated! I love you so much and I miss all of you!

XoXoX,
Marisa

megan, you thought kate had a big crush on her brother? not that anyone could blame her, but that's kind of weird.

I think Allison and Seth helped out with those 24 comments you have. Cute! Glad to see you are settled into a place. Everything worked out with Melanie. The judge awarded her full custody and she is in California with all kids and happy husband.
